In the customer area, you can confirm the service status, find the region and endpoint, review access keys, track bucket usage, and check the contracted capacity.
Where to start
- Go to the Customer Portal login page.
- Sign in with your customer account.
- Open My Products & Services.
- Select your Object Storage service.
- Start with Access and capacity to confirm the endpoint, region, location, and contracted storage.

Before you change credentials or capacity
Before making changes, confirm:
- which applications are using the current access keys
- which endpoint and region your clients are configured to use
- whether the requested capacity change affects billing
Before deleting or rotating keys
Deleting an active key or rotating credentials without updating your applications can interrupt uploads, downloads, or other automated processes.
