Where to find the main service details
| Area | What you can find | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | service status, product name, registration date, billing cycle, next due date, payment method | helps confirm you are looking at the correct service |
| Object Storage Access | region and endpoint URL | used when configuring clients and integrations |
| Configurable Options | contracted capacity and location | helps confirm the size and location of the service |
| Actions | support, upgrade or downgrade, cancellation | used when you need to request a change or help |
Where to find your contracted capacity
- Open the service page.
- Go to Configurable Options.
- Look for the storage capacity field.
This area shows the purchased storage amount for the service. It is the best place to confirm the contracted quota when you need to compare it with current usage.
Where to find the service location
Use Configurable Options to confirm the location associated with the service.
This is useful when you need to:
- align the service with your deployment plan
- confirm where your endpoint is hosted
- validate whether you are working with the expected region and location
Where to find the region and endpoint
Use Object Storage Access to find:
- the service region
- the endpoint URL used by your clients and integrations
These values are important when you configure an S3-compatible tool, application, or SDK.
How to check whether capacity changes are available
- Open the service page.
- In Actions, select Upgrade/Downgrade Options.
- Review the message shown by the portal.
If the portal says the service cannot currently be upgraded or downgraded because the next renewal invoice was already generated, pay the outstanding invoice first and then try again.
Billing reminder
Capacity changes can affect billing. Review the message shown in the portal before you continue.
When to contact support
Open a ticket if:
- the endpoint or region does not appear
- the contracted capacity does not match what you expect
- the location is not the expected one
- the upgrade or downgrade message is unclear
