Support

Open a support ticket when the customer area does not show the information you need, when access details look inconsistent, or when a task is not clearly available in the portal.

When to open a ticket

Open a ticket if:

  • the endpoint or region is missing
  • you cannot confirm the correct capacity or location
  • a key rotation step is unclear
  • usage or bucket information looks wrong
  • a change you need is not clearly available in the customer area

What to include in the ticket

Include:

  • the service name
  • the region shown in the portal
  • the affected bucket name, if applicable
  • the approximate time of the issue
  • the exact error message, if one exists
  • what you were trying to do

Where to open the ticket

  1. Open the service page.
  2. In Actions, select Open Ticket.
  3. Describe the request or issue with as much context as possible.

Faster troubleshooting
