Plan and access
Use this page when you need to sign in to the customer area, find your VPS size, review hardware details, identify IP addresses, and validate basic access information.
Access the customer area
- Open the Customer Portal login page.
- Sign in with your customer account.
- Open My Products & Services.
- Select the VPS you want to manage.
https://edgeuno.cloud/index.php?rp=/login
Portal domain
The current customer portal domain is edgeuno.cloud.
Where to find your VPS size
- Open your service page.
- Go to Overview.
- Check the plan name right below the service name.
This area usually shows the subscribed machine size, such as Small, Medium, Large, or another size available to your account.
Where to find CPU, memory, and disk details
- On the service page, open Server Information.
- Review the capacity and usage fields for the VPS.
This section typically includes the main machine details, such as:
- current VPS status
- uptime
- CPU usage and number of vCPUs
- total memory and memory in use
- primary disk
- backup file limit
- network rate
If you need to confirm the subscribed capacity during day-to-day operations, this is the most useful place to start.
Where to find IP, hostname, and network details
On the service page, use these areas:
- Server Information to find
Hostname,Primary IP, andAssigned IPs - IP Addresses to find IP address, subnet mask, and gateway
This is useful when you need to:
- configure remote access
- allowlist an IP in an external firewall
- validate network settings
- share network details with your technical team
Where to find the SSH key
If the VPS was created with an SSH key, the customer area shows the registered key in Product Information and also in Server Information.
Use this area to confirm which key is associated with the machine. The page does not clearly show a workflow to recover a private key. It only shows the registered public key reference.
About access passwords
The customer area shows the Change Password action when that workflow is available for the service.
Use this option to define a new password when needed. The current password is not shown on the page.
Access reminder
The service page helps you confirm access details such as hostname, IP addresses, and the registered SSH public key. Keep your private keys and passwords in your own secure vault.
What to verify before first access
- whether the hostname matches the server you expect to use
- whether the primary IP is the one you plan to use for access
- whether additional IPs are assigned to the VPS
- whether the registered SSH key is correct
- whether the operating system shown in Configurable Options is the expected one
When to contact support
Open a ticket if:
- the primary IP does not appear
- the hostname is incorrect
- the displayed SSH key is not the expected one
- the VPS is active but you still cannot access it with the correct details
